TrustStead Supported Living was created to provide small, well-managed homes for people who need more than just a set of keys. We focus on safe, stable accommodation with clear boundaries, practical support and a genuine commitment to helping residents move forward.
Our founders bring experience from frontline supported housing, education, mentoring, youth work and central government. That combination means we understand both the lived reality of residents and the responsibilities of commissioners, probation services and local authorities.
We work with individuals who can live semi-independently but benefit from structure, guidance and housing-related support. Our aim is always the same: a steady, safe foundation from which people can build towards greater independence, employment and long-term stability.
Small, well-managed homes in residential communities, with clear house rules, safety standards and a focus on maintaining a calm, ordered environment.
Leadership with direct experience in supported housing, education, youth work and central government – able to understand both operational realities and statutory expectations.
Our work is built around progression – supporting residents to stabilise, engage with training or work and move on positively when ready.
We see local authorities, probation, education providers and charities as partners. We communicate clearly, respond quickly and work collaboratively around each placement.
Policies, risk management and recording processes are designed to make expectations clear and ensure robust oversight without unnecessary complexity.
We focus on building on people’s strengths – supporting them to develop the skills, confidence and routines needed to live more independently and safely.
